Stormy weather for Mazarron/Cartagena areas ...

... forecast for today (Tuesday) and tomorrow. From about 10.00 today until midnight tomorrow there is a risk of strong wind gusts upto (Europa Press) 70 km/hr accompanied by thunder in the Campo de Cartegena and Mazarron areas; a 'yellow alert' has been declared. A similar 'yellow alert' has also been declared because of the risk of stormy coastal conditions (high wind gusts and stormy seas) over the same period. La Verdad carries a similar report, likewise based on a bulletin issued by AEMET, the Spanish Meteorological Agency.
